- What is a Claw Agent?
- A Claw Agent is a managed OpenClaw instance running on Clawberth. Each agent is isolated with its own session, credentials, and data. You can create agents for different workflows and run them simultaneously up to your plan's run capacity.
- How does run capacity work?
- Run capacity determines how many agents can run at the same time, 1 unit of run capacity lets you run 1 agent concurrently. You can create more agents than your run capacity, only running agents consume capacity.
- What does storage include?
- Storage covers your agents' memory, files, and session data. If your storage nears capacity, we'll notify you in advance. Running agents are not forcibly stopped because storage is nearing its limit. You can add Expansion Packs anytime to increase both run capacity and storage.
- How is AI usage billed?
- Each plan includes monthly AI usage (Lite ¥400, Standard ¥800, Pro ¥1,600). New accounts also receive a one-time AI usage discount when the first paid subscription is activated. If you need more, you can purchase extra usage packs from your dashboard. Extra usage packs are valid for the current billing cycle only.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel before your renewal date and your service continues through the end of the billing period. No refunds due to the nature of the service.
